Scott Watson leads the Life Science Technologies platform. In this role, Scott is responsible for driving Ingersoll Rand’s growth and investment in life sciences, a key strategic area for the company.
Previously, Scott was responsible for global operations, end-to-end supply chain, and manufacturing processes for ILC Dover. Scott brings a wealth of experience in developing high-performing teams and leading life science organizations. Prior to ILC Dover, Scott led business transformations across the portfolio companies of Comvest, a private equity firm, as well as leading Strategic Sourcing, North America Chemicals Manufacturing, and Supply Chain organizations of Avantor. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University.
